How ordering works

  1. 1. Tell us the project type and size

Choose residential or commercial and enter the floor area in scope and unit count. These inputs give a published-tier estimate, not a final quote.

  2. 2. Upload your plans

Sign in to upload plans privately, or share accessible plan links. Plans not ready yet? Send project basics; we will ask by email for plans before any quote is final, when email delivery is configured.

  3. 3. We review and confirm the tier and price before work starts

Submission takes no payment and is not production acceptance. Scope, complete inputs and the price must be confirmed before work starts.

What does report preparation include? See the illustrative CF1R / NRCC package structures—not real project reports or permit documents—then upload your plans.

Sign in to protect your plans

Plans are private documents. Signing in ties uploads to your account so only you (and us, to prepare your documents) can access them. You can review the form below before signing in.

Your details

Advisory only: for example, a billing contact or a batch note. Each project still needs its own plans upload; we confirm scope and price per project before work starts.

Unverified context for the modeler only. Confirm the recorded date with your AHJ; leave blank if unknown. This does not determine the code cycle or lock a deadline.

Project
Which square footage do I use?

For residential work, use conditioned floor area—the heated or cooled space—not an unexplained total on the title block. Garages, unconditioned storage and covered patios are typically excluded unless the project makes them conditioned space.

For additions, start with the added conditioned area and identify any existing-home work. An existing-plus-addition model may have a wider modeling boundary; upload plans so we can confirm the scope and pricing tier before you pay. For commercial work, identify the area in the proposed scope rather than assuming the entire building.

Read the floor-area guide · Upload plans if unsure

Estimator links carry only type, area, total units and rush—not a binding price. Review these inputs and choose new report or revision; full model rebuilds require a custom quote. No payment is taken.

Assemble your TI packet — optional

Missing items are fine to start; we will ask for what is missing as scope is reviewed. This checklist never blocks submission and is not an AHJ approval checklist. Confirm requirements and application date with your plan reviewer.

Commercial TI report costs · NRCC forms guidance

Attach the TI plans you have, or use the basics-only option and send this request without files. Plans are needed before a quote is final; there is no promised upload-later portal.

Plans not ready yet? Uploads are optional. Send project basics now; we will reply by email asking for plans before any quote is final, when email delivery is configured. This is not an order accepted for production. No upload-later portal or link is promised.

Optional plan-set completeness check

Check what you have ready. Missing items can be sent later but may delay start. This checklist never blocks submission and is not an approval checklist.

What happens next: we review CF1R / NRCC report preparation alongside your coordinated drawings and confirm the scope, tier and price before work starts. Rush is next-business-day production after complete inputs, not an unconditional turnaround or permit guarantee.
