This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts, and it loads no remote fonts or images.

Submitting a project requires sign-in. The details you enter (name, email, phone, address, project information and notes) are stored with your account, and uploaded plan files are kept in private app storage that is not publicly accessible.

We use this information only to review and prepare your project. It is not sold or shared for marketing, we do not send marketing email, and no payment or checkout data is collected.

Standard server logs may be kept by the hosting environment for security and operations. Title 24 Lab is a provisional brand name pending legal business details; this statement will be updated as those details are finalized.

Sign-in, database hosting and private file storage use the hosting platform and its infrastructure providers. When configured, Resend processes an operator notification containing your contact and project information, notes and any sharing links you provide. Uploaded plans stay in private storage; notification emails contain file references, not public storage download links. Email acceptance is not guaranteed inbox delivery, and no applicant confirmation email is promised.

During this preview, requests and plans are retained for testing and review. A privacy contact and approved retention/deletion process must be finalized before public launch. Do not include sensitive personal information unrelated to the project. Submitting does not trigger payment.
