Residential design-phase CF1R report preparation; additions, ADUs and remodel documentation; new-construction modeling; commercial tenant-improvement / NRCC support; permit correction and revision support.
Installers certify applicable installation records; qualified ECC-Raters perform required field verification. Current guidance is the 2025 California Energy Code (applications on/after January 1, 2026); HERS is legacy/older-cycle terminology.

## Published pricing
Residential, by conditioned floor area:
- Up to 2,000 sq ft: $149
- 2,001 to 4,000 sq ft: $199
- 4,001 to 6,000 sq ft: $279
- Over 6,000 sq ft: $279 + $50 per additional started 1,000 sq ft
- Each additional dwelling unit beyond the first: +$75.
Commercial, by floor area in scope:
- Up to 5,000 sq ft: $399
- 5,001 to 15,000 sq ft: $599
- Over 15,000 sq ft: Custom quote
Revisions:
- City plan-check correction caused by OUR modeling/report error: Free.
- Architectural/design changes after the report: $75 flat.
- Full remodeled models / major redesign / larger resubmittals needing a rebuilt model: Custom quote; intake required, not the $75 fee.
Rush: +$99 residential / +$149 commercial. Next-business-day production after complete inputs are received. Not a permit-approval or unconditional 24-hour promise.
Exclusions:
- ECC field verification (formerly called HERS testing in older documents)
- Nonresidential acceptance testing
- Registry or document registration fees
- CALGreen documentation
- Building department (AHJ) plan check and permit fees
